The office operates on a fee for service basis. Insurance and Medicare are not accepted; however, you will be provided with insurance "point of service" statements that you can submit yourself to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration. You are asked to pay at the time of service. Payments can be made with check or cash.

Patients are always seen initially for a diagnostic consultation. This consultation lasts 60 minutes for an adult patient and 90 minutes for a geriatric patient. If possible, bring detailed records of all prior medication trials and copies of prior laboratory tests, EKGs, and radiology reports.

If you are currently in psychotherapy, please ask your therapist to call prior to your visit so your therapist can review your current treatment.
